A Guide for Our Buyers
➢ There will be no early sales or previews.
➢ We will gladly ship items anywhere, credit cards accepted for payment and shipping.
➢ Numbers will be distributed at the home one hour prior to start of sale. The first buyer in line will be the first to shop.
➢ For safety reasons, the number of people allowed into the home will be limited, depending on the size of the home.
➢ There will be no buyer’s premium!
➢ All items will be sold for the marked price on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be applied on the second day of the sale, unless otherwise noted at start of sale.
* Coins, fine jewelry, and antique/first edition books may not be discounted on the second day of the sale per the discretion of the client.
➢ There will be a bid box placed on the first day of the sale. If there is an item priced at $50.00 or more for which you wish to leave a bid of at least 60% of the original asking price, you may do so. The box will be opened on the evening of the first day of sale. If you are the winning bidder for an item that did not sell at full price, then you will be called that night advising that you are the winning bidder. You will have to pay for that item before the start of the sale the next morning.
* Please keep in mind that an item you bid on the first day, may be sold by the end of that sale date. If you are not there at the start of the sale on the second day to pay for the item for which you have the winning bid, the item will be put back up for sale at the high bid price.
➢ Everything is sold “as-is-where-is” so please test and inspect items before purchase. Buyer is solely responsible for inspection, assessment, and determination of authenticity of all items purchased and should pay accordingly. No Refunds, No Warranties, No Exceptions.
➢ Cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment. There may be a processing fee for all credit cards announcement on sale day to dictate, this is due to covid 19. Kentucky sales tax will be collected.
➢ Paid receipts will be required to load furniture and to pick up jewelry or small items from the “smalls” table. Paper receipts will be given to each buyer.
➢ No oversized purses or backpacks.
➢ No pets. Service dogs welcome.
➢ There will be a limited number of boxes and packing material. Buyer is responsible for packing and removal of their items after payment is made.
➢ Please bring help to load furniture.
➢ Once an item has been purchased, the buyer is responsible for it.
➢ Please obey all local traffic laws and restrictions. Watch for any special parking instructions the day of the sale. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on neighbors’ grass.
➢ Not responsible for accidents!
